Lyrikline relaunched on 1 September is the platform on the internet on which poems are available to read and listen to, in their original languages and in various translations.

The website resembles a concert of verse in the voices and languages of the authors. At the moment presents 862 poets, 7.844 poems, 58 mother tongues and 10.660 translations into 55 languages. The Flemish Literature Fund is a partner of and responsible for the presentation of Dutch-language poets from Belgium.


The past year, has been working on improving the navigation of the site, the presentation of the texts and the audio files and the different search functions. The relaunch of this renewed and improved website was scheduled on 1 September 2013.


In Berlin, a special event took place on Sunday, September 1, 2013 which started at 7 pm CEST (Berlin time) at C-Base.  Next to readings by several German and international poets, the new website and it's features were presented. The event was streamed on the website of Lyrikline, so users all over the world could watch it live and interact via chat and other activities.


Els Moors, poet from Flanders and now living in Berlin, took part in the event. Her second collection of poems is due to be published at the end of the year.
