In October in the Translators' House: Per Holmer and Etsuko Nozaka

In October we welcome Per Holmer and Etsuko Nozaka in the Translators' House in Antwerp.


Per Holmer is writer and literary translator. He translated amongst others work by Louis Paul Boon, Hugo Claus and Willem Elsschot. In the Translators' House he will be working on his Swedish translation of 'De Laatste oorlog' by Daan Heerma van Voss.


Etsuko Nozaka is literary translator of children's books into Japanese from French, English and Dutch. She translated amongst others 'De kleine soldaat' by Paul Verrept, 'Voor altijd samen, amen' by Guus Kuijer and 'Vos en Haas' by Sylvia Vanden Heede and Thé Tjong-Khing. In the Translators' House she will be working on her translation of 'Honderd uur nacht' by Anna Woltz and 'De verjaardag van de eekhoorn en andere dieren' by Toon Telleghen.
