In September in the Translators' House: Wladimir Oschis, Daniel Cunin and Margarita Bonatsou

In September Wladimir Oschis is staying in the Translators' House. In the first part of September we also welcome Daniel Cunin in the Translators' House. In the second part of September Margarita Bonatsou is staying in the Translators' House.

 


Dr. Wladimir Oschis is literary translator Dutch-Russian. He translated amongst others work by Hugo Claus, Jef Geeraerts and Hubert Lampo. In the Translators' House he will be working on his translation of 'Het Belgisch labyrint' by Geert van Istendael.


Daniel Cunin is literary translator Dutch-French. Previously he translated novels by Stefan Brijs, Adriaan Van Dis and Bart Moeyaert, and comics by Willy Linthout and Simon Spruyt. In the Translators' House he will be working on his translation of an issue of the French magazine NUNC, dedicated to Hadewijch and his translation of 'Teloor, zalig' by Bart Vonck. 

 

Margarita Bonatsou is literary translator Dutch-Greek. She translated amongst others 'De ziekte van Europa' by Guy Verhofstadt and 'Pogingen iets van het leven te maken' by Hendrik Groen. In the Translators' House she will be finishing her translation of 'Nachtboek 1978-1984' by Jan Fabre.
